The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into project management has emerged as a transformative 
trend, offering significant potential to improve decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and enhance 
project efficiency. This study explores the adoption of AI in project management, examining the key 
challenges and opportunities faced by organizations in implementing AI-driven solutions. The research 
analyzes the current landscape of AI technologies in project management, focusing on the benefits such as 
automation, predictive analytics, and risk management, while also addressing the barriers to adoption, 
including resistance to change, lack of skilled personnel, and concerns about data security. Through a 
comprehensive review of case studies, industry reports, and expert interviews, the study identifies best 
practices for overcoming these obstacles and suggests a roadmap for future AI integration in project 
management. The findings highlight the importance of strategic planning, continuous learning, and cross
functional collaboration in fostering a successful AI adoption process. Ultimately, this research provides a
